Beliefs are a tricky thing. Do you believe in yourself, in another, in the profession you have chosen, on certain spiritual pursuits? What do you believe and who do you believe in?
You see each thing you believe is reinforced by those things presented back to you as confirmation. So when you experience something which leads you to believe in this or that thing, also recognize that Universe seeks to reinforce your beliefs. It does so by returning what you believe back to you as a means of confirmation. Even if the belief held is not actually true. More of it will continue to be giving to reaffirm your thoughts, anyway.
What is an energetic disturbance and how does such a disturbance residing within, affect you? What is the importance of such a thing and is there value in determining and weeding out some of these things from your being and world?
Do you sometimes feel an unsettled feeling which isn't easily eliminated? Do you seek to become more balanced and know when this feeling must be addressed or when it is inconsequential?
Do you take for granted those signs you see throughout the day, but don't attribute as being significant? Were they there all along and you blocked their entry? Or did you see them as being insignificant, too small to consider? Perhaps you do not recognize these things as being worth your while to contemplate upon.
Have you heard about various techniques used to become centered? What about deep breathing? Do you understand why this is so key to employ at the start your day? Use this practice to set you on the right course to align you as you begin anew. You see, deep breathing not only allows for a physical reset to occur, but it also allows you to engage with life from a different vantage. What do we mean by this?
Employ this practice to clear your mind. Open up to more readily recognize some new concepts that might otherwise be missed. Might we share more?
