Do you realize that when you feel bad or disconnected that this is not real? When an aspect, feeling, or other consideration impacts you in a lesser way, recognize that this need not be. You are always connected to your God Source and those that would propel you into what you seek to know, do or be.
Do you see that when you are willing to release the angst of the moment -- so much more can enter in? In a way, it is as if you are cleaning your house. When you seek to clear away the (mental) clutter to make room for something new, more can enter in.
Always seek to engage as in the wonderment of a child.
Grounding is such a simple premise. Do you realize that sometimes you are not as anchored as gravity (that binds you earthward) might suggest? Seek to become and stay grounded to this earth plane and in all of your daily dealings. And so, what does 'being grounded' mean? Is it something of value that you might implement today?
Your footing can remain more firm when (you are) grounded. You more clearly, readily, and evidently move through this time and space continuum with greater clarity, ease, and focus. Again, what is meant by this? What are the benefits you might enjoy when you have anchored yourself accordingly?
So what happens when you set off to accomplish this or that and find that nothing good comes of it? When you are in a trajectory that is not to your liking (and you pause to reflect upon why you are here or how you got there), what can be done? What can occur to reset the flow so it might be more in keeping with your desired intentions? In other words, how can you reset and restore to renew all around you? And more importantly, how might you begin to align with your desired intentions?
Do you sometimes pause and reflect upon occurrences that do not seem to offer anything but misery? Do you wonder why you must experience these unwanted things? Do you believe them to be out of context with what you sought to do or be in this life time?
Might we offer something to try out in the future when you find yourself in a situation, not to your liking? Would you now pause in you recognition of this thing you believe to be unpreferred? Would you look upon it and realize how it may not be as you perceive it to be? Will you stop now and reflect upon this unwanted thing as you slow or still your mind? In this way, the mind does not continue to fill in all the blanks. Sit with this now in contemplation.
Why is acceptance of one's destiny often fraught with resistance and fear? Misperceptions abound. A general misconception is adopted, rather than what (it) is to be.
You see, often the mind enters into that scenario when you have not yet established your practice to override it. The mind and ego seek to affect your course of action. When you become consciously aware and move in a manner of greater awareness, what might you instead do?
