Have you been remiss in focusing on what you don't want, rather than what you do? Many are predominately focused on what they don't have rather than on the abundance that awaits once you focus upon it.
Reframe your thoughts as you won't get far asking Universe for one thing while really believing you can't have it. Thus, it seems many enter into situations from a position of believing they do not merit what they seek. So each one must learn through life experience if their thoughts take them to where they seek to go. Do you at times scratch your head and wonder why something happens? Or why something else doesn't occur?
So many times it is from a position of struggle that you might find yourself. Universe does not want you to struggle. Can you recognize and see the difference in what your thoughts bring you? Your focus draws more of its like-kind vibration to you. Wouldn't you prefer to recognize lackluster thinking and change it up? Look closely to see if your thoughts are moving you closer or farther away from your true objectives. Notice if you want different outcomes than the ones you've been getting.
Struggle does seem to impart what somehow does resonate more readily with some individuals. Struggle may feel more familiar. We seek here to introduce and show how struggle need not be engaged. Stay aware of your thoughts and seek to change them. Through your focused awareness, you can know when you move in or out of step with the flow of life. And then you can simply adjust your thinking. Think better thoughts. Draw a preferred outcome to you instead.
Struggle is a means to know what is not wanted. In this realization, you know there must be a better way. Struggle and lack typically do not feel good. Yet sometimes they feel familiar ... like a well-worn, comfortable sweater. Recognize the difference, and then, shake it off. Bring new thoughts into the mix. Know that the negative feeling (struggle brings) must be recognized first before you can redirect your thoughts to think something else. Rather than focusing on what you do not want or what you do not have, redirect your focus to what you truly desire. What is it you'd rather experience?
Struggle is meant to be a determining factor of what isn't wanted in life. When you feel and resonate with the struggle, you draw more of its vibration to you. Focus on what you want more of in this life instead. Set an intention to manifest those things you wish to attain by briefly focusing on them after you offer gratitude for what you already have right now in this moment. Focus upon how you are taken care of by Universe and how all of your needs are continually met … even if you don't fully believe this.
In your mind's eye, see your desires as if they have already been manifested. As if they are already here. Live your day as if each preferred thing had already been accomplished and was currently in play. Try this methodology out for the next 30 days and see what these thoughts produce.
