When the mental mind takes you down a path that creates doubt, despair, animosity, or some other unwanted feeling, do you recognize this? How can you regain the reins of control to enact the next best step? So often, something is perceived to be the best choice. Yet know that the mind seeks engagement. Its mental chatter is meant to elicit a knee-jerk response. This next step might now be fraught with uncertainty for your next best step will not come mentally. It will come from the heart space. And so, when you enlist the mind to come up with a plan, know it may not be the one you want to enact. So how might you get where you truly need to go? What might you do instead of seeking mental clarity?
Mental Chatter
We would propose that you take a step back. Shut down the mental chatter and become centered through a stilling of the mind meditation. Seek internal direction and for better steps to come in. Otherwise, you will have many components and elements giving you mixed messages and directions that are not as highly placed as you might prefer. The mind and ego are most crafty and deliberate in seeking to help you quickly fill in the missing details. Stop and engage from within instead.
Seek to remain conscious and present in each moment. Present moment awareness is what you might strive to ascertain and maintain.
Seek Answers Within
Seek instead to quiet the mind. Seek inner quiet and internal counsel. Can you do this? Can you reflect upon what is being given and observe this line of thinking? Recognize what is before you and then step back to see what more can be given. Might you seek to engage from a different vantage point? Engage and enlist a new perspective and then seek your next move.
Might you see the beauty and opportunity that elicits your engagement when you recognize that other choices also exist? And what about love? How does love and, more specifically, Universal Love enter into the equation? Seek its entrance to provide you with the answers sought.
Engage Universal Love
You see, Universal Love is like a cleaning and clearing mechanism which can allow for clarity and light to shine through. Let light break through the density when you are in the midst of a foggy or less-than-time. Do you see when moving from a posture of Love, so much more can enter in? In this way, you remove the blocks that might otherwise restrict or impede entry. Blockages created from frustration and the angst felt within the day. And so, move from a different space into an unrestricted place when you seek to energetically align with this Love, as it will move you to look at these things and life…differently.
And isn’t that what you want? Don’t you seek to see things that will bring you to that place you long to be? We talk here about centeredness and alignment with Source, your Source. Source Energy and the all-encompassing potentialities that await you. They seek your alignment. Consider now enlisting this Universal Love meditation to shift and change what had come before.
Be at peace this day. When thoughts enter in that might take you off-course or those that might redirect your day in a more restrictive way, seek to recognize more. Become aware. The new awareness you hold will more readily move you forward in a more positive way.
Recognize that you might enlist Love into each day in an intent-ful way. Move objectives into motion when you enlist positive thought and thinking. Remain in the present moment restricting the mind’s play to engage you in some past occurrence. Stay steadfast, and become the conscious observer of all that you are doing to move this and each day that progresses into a better space than before.
